hi, I'm Emily.

and I'm not your average Dietitian.

I use my expertise to empower women to embrace a macro based, balanced eating pattern that protects their metabolism, supports lean muscle gains, and leads to stress free, fat loss.

I eat the yolks, add heavy cream to my coffee and top with guacamole whenever possible. Straight talk and tough love is what you’ll get from me.

I believe that strong is beautiful. Calories are not to be feared, but neither are potatoes or poptarts. Your worth is not wrapped up in the size of your pants or the number on the scale.

Everywhere we turn, we are bombarded with messages about our health. Often the messages are complicated, confusing and contradictory. If you’re ready to mute that noise and learn what really works for your body,

you’re in the right spot.

which describes you?

I know I need to eat a little better, but I seriously have no idea where to start!

I do eat healthy and I workout regularly, but i am just not seeing the results i want!

i am making some progress on my own, but i really want to take it to the next level!

I love what I do!

"The best thing I gained from working with Emily was a normal, sustainable approach to nutrition. The reverse diet process she coached me through was especially rewarding: by emphasizing whole foods and consistency, I was able to eat more and lose weight, all while gaining strength."

"Emily is amazing to work with because she is realistic and understands my lifestyle. She is an athlete herself, has tried the approaches she recommends for her clients, and is always helpful with questions. I love how she is straightforward and doesn't beat around the bush. She uses her education and previous successes to find what is right for you and will help you reach your individualized goals."

"I think its interesting for me to reflect on my relationship with food and how, historically, I have never made food shopping and food prep a priority. I now have a new appreciation that eating healthy is not just about making healthy food choices but also in the behavior around shopping and meal prep. And I have you to thank for this!"
